Who We Are

Oklahoma Insurance Group, Inc ("Oklahoma Insurance Group," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent insurance agency. Our website is https://www.okinsurancegroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you request a quote, contact us, or otherwise submit a form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us — such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about the property, vehicles, business, or other items you want to insure.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may use analytics tools that automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and general location. This information helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Cookies

Analytics tools we may use can set cookies or similar technologies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using this site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your quote requests and inquiries
  • Prepare insurance quotes and shop coverage with insurance carriers on your behalf
  • Service your policies and communicate with you about your coverage
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as needed to serve you. That may include sharing with insurance carriers and wholesalers to obtain quotes and place coverage, with service providers that help us operate this website and our agency systems (such as form processing, email delivery, and our agency management platform), and with regulators or other parties when required by law. We do not sell your personal information. None of this sharing includes mobile phone numbers or text-message consent, which are covered separately below.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and check the text-message consent box on one of our forms, you are opting in to receive text messages from Oklahoma Insurance Group about your quote request, your policies, and service: replies to your request, follow-up on a quote, documents and reminders, and similar messages. Consent is optional, it is never a condition of getting a quote or buying insurance, and the box is never pre-checked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or calling (405) 701-5368.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared with or sold to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is the messaging service providers that deliver the texts on our behalf, who may use that information only to send them.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting sensitive information (such as Social Security or driver's license numbers) through general contact forms.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that we may need to retain certain information to comply with insurance regulations and record-keeping requirements.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

This site contains links to third-party websites, including insurance carrier sites and industry resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
